This licence is granted to the person or company that bought the template (the "buyer").

You may:

1. Use the template to build websites for yourself and for your clients, with no limit on the number of websites.
2. Change the template in any way to suit those websites.
3. Hand over a finished website built with the template to a client.

You may not:

1. Resell, share, give away or redistribute the template files, changed or unchanged, as a template, a theme, a starter kit or part of any bundle.
2. Offer the template in a site builder or any tool where other people can use it to make their own websites.
3. Claim that you created the template itself.

Third party material:

The fonts referenced by the template (Manrope) are licensed separately under the SIL Open Font License. The demo images are placeholders from picsum.photos and are not part of this licence. Replace the demo media with material you have the right to use.

No warranty:

The template is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. To the extent the law allows, The Black Greg is not liable for any loss or damage that results from using it.
