Questions
Is the first consultation really free?
Yes. It lasts thirty minutes and you are under no obligation to instruct us afterwards.
How are your fees worked out?
Fixed fees where the work is predictable. Otherwise an hourly rate with a written estimate, and we tell you before that estimate changes.
How long will my matter take?
It depends on the matter and on the other side. We give you a realistic timescale at the first meeting and update it as things move.
Can I deal with you without visiting the office?
Yes. Most matters can be handled by phone, email and video call, with documents signed electronically where the law allows.
