Questions
Do I need to know how to code?
You need to be comfortable editing text in a file and uploading a folder to a web host. A PDF guide walks you through it step by step. There is no site builder.
Do I need a database or a listings feed?
No. Your homes live in one plain text file that you edit by hand. That suits an agency with up to a few dozen homes. It does not connect to an MLS or a portal feed.
Do the forms work?
Yes. By default a form opens the visitor's email app with the message filled in. To send from the page instead, paste in a form address from a service such as Formspree.
Which currency and units does it use?
Whichever you set. Currency, number format and area unit are three settings at the top of the same file.
Can I use it for client projects?
Yes. Build as many sites as you like for yourself and your clients. You may not resell or share the template itself. Read the licence.
How do I get the files?
You get a download link straight after payment, and a copy by email. Payments are handled by Polar.
