What happens
Most sales take between eight and fourteen weeks from the first visit. These are the four stages.

We visit, measure up and give you a price range in writing, with the recent sales it is based on.

Preparing the listing
Photographs, a floor plan and the description. You approve everything before it goes live.

Viewings and offers
We show every buyer round in person, report back after each viewing and put every offer to you in writing.

Through to completion
We keep the lawyers, the lender and the buyer moving until the keys change hands.
What it costs

Selling
A percentage of the sale price, agreed in writing before we start. Nothing to pay if we do not sell.

Letting
A one-off fee to find a tenant, or a monthly fee if you want us to manage the property.
