      Asked at almost every visit

      Good questions.

How do you help children settle in?

With three or more short visits before the first full day, at no charge. You stay for the first, pop out for the second and by the third most children are waving you off. Some need longer, and that is fine.

Who will look after my child?

Every child has a key person: one adult who knows their routines, their words and their favourite things, and who is your first call. A second adult covers when they are away.

How will I hear about their day?

Your key person talks to you at pick-up, and you get photographs and a short note through our parent app: what they ate, when they slept and what made them laugh.

What about allergies and special diets?

Rosa cooks for every allergy and diet we are told about, and each child's needs are on the kitchen wall and on their place mat. We are a nut-free nursery.

What happens if my child is ill?

Children who are unwell need to be at home, and we ask for 48 hours clear after sickness. We give prescribed medicine with your written consent.

Do you take children with additional needs?

Yes. Our special educational needs coordinator works with you, and with any professionals involved, to plan the support your child needs.

      Something we have missed?

Call the office on 01632 960 186 or drop in at pick-up. There is always someone to talk to.
